Ryan Liu

Ryan Liu has a diverse professional background in admissions and financial advisory, along with corporate development experience. Starting at NYU Undergraduate Admissions from January 2012 to May 2015, Ryan served as an Admissions Ambassador and Day Tour Supervisor, leading campus tours and assisting with international student interviews. Following this, Ryan worked at Evercore from June 2015 to January 2018 as a Senior Analyst in the Financial Technology Group, preparing financial models and conducting valuation analyses for M&A transactions, including notable deals involving OptionsHouse and Shire. Ryan also gained experience as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Evercore, participating in live transactions and preparing analytical presentations. Since February 2018, Ryan has held the position of Corporate Development Manager at Google, focusing on M&A and strategic investments across various sectors. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU after attending Raffles Junior College.
