Ryan O'Toole

Ryan O'Toole is currently the Trust & Safety Election Integrity Lead at Google, where they spearhead the global election integrity strategy for the U.S. 2024 Presidential cycle and manage cross-functional governance groups. Previously, they served in various roles within the U.S. House of Representatives, including Deputy Policy Director and National Security Advisor for Congresswoman Liz Cheney, where they guided high-profile investigations and legislative initiatives. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Miami University and a Master of Arts in Defense and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. They have garnered experience in strategic operations and communications while working closely with congressional leaders and stakeholders.
