Ryan Pickering

Ryan Pickering is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in account management and sales development. At Athelas, Ryan served as a Senior Account Executive, achieving 134% of the sales target in FY22 and playing a pivotal role in growing the sales team and the SDR divisions. Prior to Athelas, Ryan worked at KEYENCE CORPORATION, where significant contributions included tripling market share and coaching a growing team of Account Executives. At DocuSign, Ryan advanced to Senior Manager of Sales Development, effectively training and promoting SDRs while maintaining strong performance metrics. Currently, as an Account Manager at Google, Ryan oversees a diverse client portfolio and implements data-driven marketing strategies to drive substantial revenue growth.
