Ryu Izawa has a diverse professional background in finance and data analysis, beginning with an internship at Mercer in 2005. Following that, Ryu gained experience as an Analyst in Derivatives Support and Control at Credit Suisse from January 2006 to June 2009. Ryu then worked as an Associate in Global Business Services at Deutsche Bank until October 2013, after which Ryu served as a Portfolio Finance Analyst at BlueMountain Capital Management from November 2013 to September 2017.
