Sam Mackness

Sam Mackness is an experienced technology professional with a career spanning various roles in prominent companies. Initial experience included a position as a Web Developer at E*Trade before co-founding NetChemistry, where Sam served as Systems Administrator from November 1999 to May 2002. Later, at Google from January 2009 to February 2011, Sam held multiple roles including Production Infrastructure Strategic Planner, Director of Engineering, Data Center Operations Systems Manager, and Engineering Manager, along with serving as a Data Center Technician. Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, between 1996 and 2000.
