Sam Talkers is a seasoned procurement professional with over 15 years of experience in optimizing procurement ecosystems and driving technology transformation. Currently a Global Process Manager at Google, Sam designs and builds custom procurement systems while ensuring transparency and understanding through robust reporting applications. Previously, Sam has held roles at notable companies such as Apple, where they developed business requirements and streamlined internal processes, and XPO Logistics, where they successfully implemented a contract management system and led significant sourcing projects. Sam earned a Bachelor’s degree from Miami University and continues to develop expertise in procurement and sourcing methodologies.
