Sanjeev Tyagi

Sanjeev Tyagi has extensive experience in engineering and leadership roles across the technology sector, currently serving as Engineering Director at Google Cloud since August 2021, where the focus is on developing private and hybrid cloud solutions with AI-led services. Prior to Google, Sanjeev was Vice President of Engineering at Ericsson for over a decade, leading initiatives in AI/ML for telecommunications and overseeing the development of SDN and cloud networking products. Early career roles included leadership positions at Redback Networks, Cisco, and CoSine Communications, where Sanjeev managed engineering teams and delivered critical networking technologies. Sanjeev holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and completed an Executive Management & Leadership Program at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
