Sarah Bednar

Sarah Bednar is a skilled software engineer with experience in embedded software design and systems engineering. At Harris Corporation, Sarah worked on real-time, safety-critical systems within avionics applications. Prior to that, as a systems engineering co-op at ABB, Sarah contributed to turbine controls for power generation and designed a lab test panel using AutoCAD. Currently employed at Google, Sarah focuses on initiatives including Shopping on Discover and has worked on projects such as Discounts on Chrome cart and Assistive Grocery. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and participated in an exchange program at the National University of Singapore.
