Sarah Berkery is a legal and human resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations and mediation. Beginning as a Trainee Solicitor at O'Hare O'Connor Walshe Solicitor from April 2007 to January 2010, Sarah progressed through roles at The Legal Aid Board and The Law Society of Ireland, specializing in various legal disciplines. From May 2011 to October 2015, Sarah worked as a Solicitor at Dillon Eustace. Following this, Sarah transitioned to Trinity Mediation Services as Principal before joining Google in June 2018 and holding positions including HRBP Employee Relations and Investigations Specialist and EMEA People Consultant Manager until April 2021. Sarah holds a Master of Laws in Child and Family Law from University College Cork, a Solicitor qualification from the Law Society of Ireland, and a BA from Trinity College.
