Sarah Blatchford

Sarah Blatchford is an experienced recruiter with a strong background in engineering and technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Recruiter in People Operations at Google since August 2021, Sarah previously held the role of Engineering Recruiter at Google from February 2018 to August 2021. Prior to Google, Sarah worked at TEKsystems, where the recruitment journey began as a Recruiting Intern in 2014, followed by roles as Recruiting Lead and Account Recruiting Manager, overseeing a team of eight recruiters and managing Microsoft’s Vendor Management System. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of Washington, earned in 2014.
