Sarah Brown

Sarah Brown is a Learning & Development Leader with extensive experience in designing and implementing innovative learning strategies across global organizations. They have served as an Adjunct Faculty member at the United Nations System Staff College and held various leadership roles at Google, including overseeing the launch of the company's first Program Management Office for leadership development. Sarah built and led a global team dedicated to scaling learning communities and introduced significant program optimizations, achieving measurable cost savings and increased engagement. They are currently pursuing further education in coaching while holding a certification in Integral Development Coaching from the University of Cape Town.
