Satinder Pal Singh

Satinder Pal Singh has extensive experience in software engineering, primarily at Google from April 2011 to April 2014, where roles included Senior Software Engineer focused on ads backend and Android, culminating in a position as Staff Software Engineer for Google Assistant. Prior to Google, Satinder Pal Singh worked as an intern at Hewlett-Packard Labs India in early 2004, developing a methodology to optimize speech data collection for Speech Recognition Systems, and later as a Research Associate, creating Large Vocabulary Automatic Speech Recognition Engines for six Indian languages. Satinder Pal Singh holds both a Master’s and a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland, completed between 2006 and 2011.
