Satoshi Takano

Satoshi Takano is an experienced Customer Success Leader currently working at Google, where they build and lead the Customer Success practice for Google Workspace in Japan and APAC. With a background in Microsoft training and significant roles at companies such as Cisco Systems, Citrix, and Zscaler, Satoshi has developed expertise in secure digital workplaces and cloud solutions. They previously held the position of Head of Japan Global Customer Success at Cisco, where they managed multiple customer success practices and strategies. Satoshi earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Waseda University.
