Saugato Banerjee is a seasoned Network Engineering Leader at Google, currently serving as the Global Head of Network Reliability Engineering, where they lead a global team and drive technology transformation through automation and open-source NOS adoption. With 19 years of extensive experience in Networking, Security, and Infrastructure design, Saugato has successfully developed self-healing infrastructures and led high-performance teams across various tech sectors, including Qualcomm and Target. They are passionate about promoting diversity and inclusivity in engineering, actively participating in initiatives to empower women in the field. Saugato holds an Executive Program in Management from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management.
