Scott Hayman has extensive experience in software engineering and management, with a career spanning several prominent technology companies. At BlackBerry from 2006 to 2014, Scott held various leadership roles, including Director of Application Services, where responsibilities included leading a team of over 40 to develop the BlackBerry 10 platform, and Director of Interaction Design, managing a team of 35 in creating mobile and web applications. Prior to BlackBerry, Scott worked as a Senior Software Designer at CrossKeys Systems from 1994 to 1999. More recently, Scott has been with Google since 2014, serving as Engineering Manager for ads and tools related to Stadia and immersive streaming. Currently, Scott is the System Reliability Engineering Manager at Google, starting in July 2024.
