Scott Larko is a results-oriented and driven procurement leader currently serving as the Supplier Strategy & Commercial Governance Manager at Google, where they lead enterprise-wide transformations in People Operations. With progressive experience across technology, healthcare, and steel manufacturing, Scott has demonstrated expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management. Previously, they worked at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Teladoc Health, and ArcelorMittal, contributing to significant savings in procurement activities and managing high-performing teams. A graduate of the Kelley School of Business with a double major in Supply Chain Management and International Business, Scott also remains engaged with the procurement community as a contributing member of Procurement Foundry.
