Scott Mongrain is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and visual design. From June 1997 to September 2000, Scott served as Design Manager at the University of Oregon, leading a team in developing educational multimedia applications. Between May 2011 and November 2015, Scott held multiple roles at Amazon, including Senior Manager of UX for Search & Discovery and Principal UX Design Lead for Community, focusing on enhancing global features and user engagement. Since December 2015, Scott has operated as Sr Staff Designer for Google Maps, managing multi-site UX teams across various transportation sectors.
