Scott Thies has a background in information technology, with experience spanning various roles from Help Desk Technician to Site Reliability Engineering Manager at Google. Previously, at Morris Group Inc from April 2012 to July 2013, Scott was involved in the design and implementation of SCCM 2012 and its upgrade, in addition to developing imaging solutions for Windows 7 and 8. At the University of Connecticut, from January 2011 to April 2012, Scott served as a Junior Systems Administrator, where responsibilities included designing a ticketing system that enhanced documentation and collaboration within the library, and provided support for over 100 staff and around 650 computers in a Help Desk Technician role.
