Selena Jackson has extensive experience in technology consultancy and customer success within the IT sector, having held significant roles at IBM, Huddle, and Google. As Technology Consultant - Project Manager at IBM, Selena was responsible for defining and delivering large IT projects while managing global teams and ensuring profit and loss accountability. Transitioning to Huddle as Customer Success Manager, Selena focused on facilitating successful customer engagements and applying change management principles.
