Serena Zhang is the Manager of Government Affairs and Public Policy at Google, a position Serena has held since 2018. Prior to this role, Serena served as a Senior Policy Analyst in Public Policy & Government Affairs at Google from 2011 to 2018, and earlier as a Policy Analyst and Policy Associate. Serena completed an MSc in Management at The London School of Economics and Political Science and earned a BSc in Economics from Nankai University.
