Seth Neel

Seth Neel is a Research Scientist and Assistant Professor at Harvard University, where they teach at the business school and lead academic research focused on machine learning, data privacy, and bias. As a co-founder of Welligence Energy Analytics, Seth has occupied various roles, including CTO and CDS, since 2017, contributing to the company's growth and innovation in the energy sector. They also served as a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs, a Summer Researcher at the University of Minnesota, and held the position of PhD Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania, where Seth earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Statistics and Data Science. Currently, Seth is a Senior Research Scientist at Google, addressing key questions related to data efficiency and synthetic data.
