Shalin Jain

Shalin Jain is a skilled professional with a diverse background in data analysis and software development. Shalin began as a City Representative for Technothlon in May 2019 and contributed to the Creatives core team at SPIRIT, IIT Guwahati from January 2019 to October 2019. Serving as the PR Core team member and later as PR and Branding Executive at Techniche, IIT Guwahati, from October 2019 to February 2021, Shalin also led data science initiatives as the Data Science Head of Coding Club IITG from May 2020 to April 2021. A brief tenure as a Data Analyst at CYGNUSA Technologies in early 2021 was followed by a Software Intern role at Newzera from May 2021 to July 2021 and a Software Developer position at Trisetra, Inc. in early 2022. Shalin advanced to a Software Engineer II role at Google from July 2022 to October 2024, later promoted to Software Engineer III. Shalin holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati, completed in 2022, after studying at St. Paul's Senior Secondary School with a focus on Science.
