Following this, Shan worked at VT iDirect from July 2008 to December 2011, progressing from Software Engineer to Technical Manager, with key contributions in designing Windows client software, multithreading server applications, MySQL database systems, and leading efforts on device configuration, monitoring, and control. Currently, since February 2016, Shan serves as a Software Engineer at Google, continuing to leverage expertise in software development.
