Shana Gray

Shana Gray is a strategic and creative HR leader currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner in Machine Learning at Google. Previously, Shana has held significant roles at prestigious firms including Baker & McKenzie and Herbert Smith Freehills, where they managed talent and HR strategies across corporate and employment legal sectors. Shana's experience also includes consulting roles at Telstra and ANZ, focusing on organizational design and talent management. They are currently pursuing degrees in Commerce and Human Resources Management at Swinburne University of Technology and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment at RMIT University.
