Shani Waugh

Shani Waugh has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Global Director, Diversity Business Partner at Google since January 2021, where responsibilities include leading the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy for Google Cloud. Prior to this role, Shani worked as Senior Director of Talent Management at LMI, focusing on workforce development and employee engagement for over 1,700 employees. Shani's career also includes significant positions at Lockheed Martin, where various roles involved HR leadership across numerous divisions, including a focus on diversity and inclusion strategies, and oversight of a 1,500-employee civilian agency business. Earlier experience includes HR leadership roles at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Par Pharmaceutical, and Cambrex, complemented by a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA in Strategic Management from Pace University.
