Shannon Avery

Shannon Avery possesses a diverse background in event registration and educational roles, with experience spanning over a decade. Beginning a career as a Lead Instructor at Discovering Science, Shannon advanced to positions including Site Director at After School Education and Safety and Site Supervisor at San Gabriel Valley YMCA. Subsequent roles included Assistant Director at Tutoring Club North County Fair and Site Coordinator at Destination Science. Transitioning into the corporate sector, Shannon served as Registration Manager at Emerald Expositions and Maritz, followed by Registration Director at Informa. Currently, Shannon holds the position of Event Registration Manager at Google within the Events and Experience Team. Shannon earned an Associate’s Degree in Sociology from Fullerton College.
