Shannon Ffrench is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product and service design. At Spotify, Shannon served as both Product Designer and Senior Product Designer from October 2019 to January 2022. Prior to that, Shannon held the role of Service Design Lead and Service Designer at Fjord from November 2018 to October 2019, focusing on delivering user-centric service design solutions that align with business objectives. Earlier career experiences include positions as Senior Service Designer at Nick Thorn Design and In-house Designer at Coalition Brands, as well as Web Designer. Currently, Shannon is a Senior Interaction Designer at Google since January 2022. Shannon holds an Advanced Certificate in Graphic Design from Shillington College and a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications from Swinburne University of Technology.
