Sharad Kala

Sharad Kala serves as the Vice President and Head of Customer Success for Global Select Accounts at Google since January 2020, where responsibilities include scaling global customer success functions and managing complex client arrangements across multiple regions. Prior to Google, Sharad led customer success efforts at Talend, achieving significant revenue growth, and held executive roles at various companies including Data Analytics, Cloud Platforms, and Oracle, where Sharad focused on transforming customer experiences and driving innovation in cloud and data analytics. Education includes an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, an MS in Management of Information Systems from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
