Sharada Iyer

Sharada Iyer has extensive experience in human resources, having held various positions at leading companies. Iyer began the career as a Staffing Consultant at Wockhardt and served as an HR Business Partner Intern at Microsoft. Subsequently, Iyer advanced through multiple roles at Microsoft, culminating as an HR Manager and then as a Learning and Development Consultant. Iyer also worked as an HR Manager at Space Exploration Technologies and as a Senior HR Manager at The Walt Disney Studios before taking on the role of People Partner at Google. Iyer holds a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
