Sharifa Vinson currently works at Google as part of the Global Organizational Effectiveness team for Google Cloud, having held previous roles including Head of DEIB for Google Labs and DEI Lead for AR/VR (formerly Daydream). With a strong commitment to fostering inclusivity, Sharifa founded and led the Connect with Google program in North America and co-led the staffing DEI program called Formation. Prior experience includes leadership at Camp Echo Lake and serving as Senior Manager for the Summer Engineering Experience for Kids at the National Society of Black Engineers, focusing on improving access to engineering education for K-12 students.
