Shashwat Kumar

Shashwat Kumar possesses a robust background in quantum physics and engineering with a Master of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research (IISER) Mohali, complemented by a Master of Arts in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Princeton University. Shashwat's experience includes a Visiting Student role at EPFL focusing on quantum heat engines and sensing, participation as a DAAD-WISE Summer Research Fellow at TU Dortmund University, and Summer Research positions at IISER Mohali. Currently, Shashwat is a Quantum Hardware Resident at Google working on NISQ experiments with the Willow Processor and is also pursuing graduate studies at Princeton University in quantum computing with superconducting qubits under the guidance of Prof. Andrew Houck.
