Shay Sharon has extensive experience in software development and technology, beginning with a role as a Programmer at IDF from 1992 to 1995. Following this, Shay co-founded Internative Solutions and worked as a Web Programmer at Globes Sites. From 1999 to 2003, Shay contributed to AtHoc Inc. in Research and Development. After serving as Chief Architect at Mansion, Shay co-founded CardioLog Analytics in 2005, where engagements included key clients like Amdocs, Cellcom, and Orange. As an Independent Consultant from 2003 to 2019, Shay focused on web development, tracking, analytics, and marketing optimization. Co-founding Coach The Bot in 2018 provided innovative conversational tools for bot developers. Currently, Shay holds the position of Staff UX Engineer at Google, starting in October 2019.
