Shehzad Daredia has a diverse background in technology and venture capital, beginning with an Associate Consultant role at Bain & Company in 2005. After an internship at Credit Suisse, Shehzad gained experience at Rho Ventures as a Venture Capital Analyst from 2006 to 2008. Daredia served as Director of Search Marketing at KAYAK.com and then as Director of Product at BillShrink before co-founding bop.fm, which was later acquired by LifeLock. From 2015 to 2016, Shehzad held the position of Director of Member Web at LifeLock. Subsequently, Daredia joined Dropbox in various roles, culminating in a position as Founder and Engineering Lead of a stealth internal startup. Since 2021, Daredia has been the UX Engineering Lead and Manager at Google. Additionally, Shehzad has worked as a full-stack software engineer on a freelance basis from 2016 to 2021. Educational qualifications include a BS in Finance, Management, and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and participation in the Y Combinator Core program.
