Sheila Larkin

Sheila Larkin is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in sourcing and placing creative talent within various industry-leading organizations. Beginning a career as a Creative Recruiter at TTS Staffing from November 2004 to May 2006, Sheila continued to hone expertise in recruitment at Greenberg Kirshenbaum, where responsibilities included recruiting Interactive/Digital Creatives nationwide. At R/GA from March 2011 to September 2011, Sheila served as Associate Director of Recruitment and Senior Creative Recruitment Manager, collaborating with diverse teams to identify staffing needs. Sheila then transitioned to Google, first as a Talent Consultant and later as Google Creative Lab's Talent Lead from October 2011 to August 2012. Currently, Sheila holds the position of Group Talent Lead for Creative Lab at Google, focusing on sourcing and collaborating with top-tier creative professionals globally.
