Sheila Narasimhan

Sheila Narasimhan is an experienced UX Researcher with a career spanning various prominent organizations. Beginning as a Researcher and User Needs Analyst at Nortel Networks, Narasimhan has held multiple roles in usability and user experience, including positions at the Canada Revenue Agency, Microsoft, Google, and Rebel.com. Notably, at Google, Narasimhan led UX Research for Conversational Agents in the Cloud AI Industry Solutions. Narasimhan's expertise encompasses usability research, information architecture, and user interface design, supported by a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Carleton University.
