Shelby Johnston

Shelby Johnston possesses extensive experience in channel sales and partnership management, notably serving as Channel Sales Leader for the North America Partner Ecosystem at Google from January 2009 to January 2023. During a notable interim role as Director of ISV North America, Shelby led a team of 65 and achieved record results for the standalone organization. Previous positions at Google included ISV Sales Manager and Team Lead for Ad Exchange and Partnerships, where Shelby significantly increased revenue and managed key partnerships. Prior to Google, Shelby held roles at Man Made Music and Blackboard Inc., achieving notable sales and partnership management successes. Shelby holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication Studies and Communication and Media Studies from Virginia Tech.
