Shelly Liu is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic human resources management across various global companies. Beginning at Microsoft as an HR Project Specialist and Generalist, Shelly supported HR initiatives for a client group of 350 individuals in Shanghai and Beijing from September 2006 to March 2011.
