Shima Haghdoust

Shima Haghdoust, PMP, has extensive experience in project management and controls across various industries. At Hatch from February 2021 to October 2022, Shima managed a $1.377 billion Bridge Replacement Project, focusing on budget forecasting, reporting, and change directives. Prior roles include project management at Technology Evaluation Centers, where Shima negotiated RFPs and managed vendor relationships, and as a project scheduler at Muraflex, overseeing over 50 projects. Most recently, Shima has been a Program Manager at Google since December 2025, leading cost management and commercial strategy for Data Center CapEx programs, while also serving as a Commercial Manager and Senior Cost Manager at Linesight from January to December 2025, managing portfolios of up to $122 million and overseeing project controls.
