Shinez Chalabi

Shinez Chalabi is the Head of Startups and VCs growth at Google, where they help startups grow through digital marketing and customer acquisition programs. Previously, Shinez served as an Industry Manager for Government and Telcos in the MENA region at Google, focusing on communicating the GCC narrative and mentoring startups. With experience as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Shinez developed digital transformation strategies across various sectors. They also held roles as a Global Shaper at the World Economic Forum and a fintech fellow at Kiva, concentrating on clean energy and micro-lending in East Africa. Shinez holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering at Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques.
