Shruthi S is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management. At Logicom Distribution, from April 2021 to July 2022, Shruthi held the positions of Customer Success Manager for Cisco CX and Cisco CX Lead, where a successful track record of enhancing customer journey value was established, leading to increased project success and recurring revenues. Prior to this, Shruthi worked at Cisco from January 2015 to October 2019 as a Network Consulting Engineer, focusing on CX Migration Services and CX Business Critical Services, providing end-to-end service migration and proactive software analysis for global customers, particularly in the BFSI sector. Currently, Shruthi serves as a Technical Account Manager at Google since September 2024.
