Shruthi S is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical account management. At Logicom Distribution, from April 2021 to July 2022, Shruthi held the positions of Customer Success Manager for Cisco CX and Cisco CX Lead, where a successful track record of enhancing customer journey value was established, leading to increased project success and recurring revenues.
