Shruthi Thota

Shruthi Thota has over a decade of experience in human resources and recruiting, beginning as an HR Executive at Tenpath from April 2012 to April 2013, followed by a role as Technical Sourcing and Recruiting at EBES LLC in July 2021. Since October 2021, Shruthi has been a Recruiting Specialist at Korn Ferry, supporting Google, where the position also includes serving as a Talent Sourcing Partner. Prior experience includes working as a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter with Bizdynamic Solutions from October 2016 to December 2018. Shruthi holds a Master's degree from the University of Greenwich, earned between 2009 and 2010.
