Shruti Bhutada, Ph.D., is a seasoned user researcher currently serving as a Senior User Experience Researcher at Google since 2022. They previously held roles as a Senior UX Researcher at Meta and a Market Research Analyst at Apple. Shruti conceptualized and led impactful research projects during their Ph.D. studies at London Business School, examining various organizational behaviors and contributing to significant discussions in the field. Additionally, they have research experience from the International Centre for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution and have worked as a System Influenza Intern with the United Nations during the 2009 swine flu pandemic. Shruti holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Nagpur University and a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.
