Shu-Hao Yu is currently a Staff Software Engineer at Google, focusing on the YouTube Creator Recommendation Platform. Previously, they served as a Staff Software Engineer and Tech Lead Manager at Niantic, where they led a team of software engineers in developing social identity solutions, contributing to significant cost savings and enhanced player interactions. Shu-Hao also held engineering roles at Google and completed a Master of Science in Information Technology at Carnegie Mellon University, following their Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Economics from National Taiwan University. They began their career as a Scientist Intern at Rocket Fuel Inc. and demonstrated leadership as the President of the NTU Children of Sea Club.
