Siddhartha Brahma

Siddhartha Brahma is currently a Senior Staff Research Scientist at Google DeepMind, focusing on building the core foundational large language models that power Google. Siddhartha previously held positions as a Member of Technical Staff at Guruji.com, where algorithms for search engine pipelines were designed and tested, and served as a Doctoral Research Assistant at EPFL, conducting research on low complexity algorithms for wireless networks. They also worked as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Université de Neuchâtel, studying distributed storage allocations, and contributed to natural language processing advancements as a Research Staff Member at IBM Research AI. Siddhartha holds a Ph.D. in Computer and Communication Sciences from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and a Master of Arts in Computer Science from Princeton University.
