Simon Harland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data strategy and analytics across multiple high-profile companies. At Publicis, Simon served as Global Data Lead for Exxon Mobil's brand experience initiative and held the position of Associate Director, Strategy & Insights, managing the Search and Data Science practice for various agency brands. Prior roles at Ogilvy included Digital Analyst and Consultant, focusing on measurement and optimization strategies for Australian clients. As a Marketing Manager at Cloud Solutions Group, Simon developed integrated marketing programs and led multichannel campaigns. More recently, Simon worked at Google in various leadership roles, including Principal Strategy & Insights Lead and Principal Analytical Lead, while also contributing to the Advisory Board for Ithaca College's Customer Experience Program. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Otago and completed high school at Wellington College.
