SK Park has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, having held various engineering positions over two decades. SK Park began a career as a Senior DRAM Product Engineer and Probe/Test Engineer at Samsung from March 1998 to August 2006. SK Park then transitioned to Micron Technology as a QRA Engineer from October 2006 to October 2012 and continued as a Mobile DRAM Product Engineer at Apple from October 2012 to May 2019. Since May 2019, SK Park has been working at Google as an HBM Engineer, focusing on machine learning accelerator TPU (Tensor Processing Unit) V4/V5/V6 HBM bringup and validation.
