Snell Leong

Snell Leong has extensive experience in wireless compliance and testing, beginning as an EMC/RF/SAR Test Engineer at Bay Area Compliance Laboratory from October 2004 to May 2006, where responsibilities included performing SAR/HAC testing for mobile phones and compliance testing for various wireless technologies. From May 2009 to July 2015, Snell served as RF Technical and Certification Manager at SIEMIC, gaining familiarity with global EMC and wireless testing requirements and procedures. Currently, as Product RF/Wireless Certification Program Manager at Google since July 2015, Snell manages worldwide wireless compliance certification for Google Nest products, providing guidance on RF and EMC compliance throughout various design phases. Snell holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from Oklahoma State University.
