Sofia Hernando

Sofia Hernando is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational planning and data analytics. Sofia began a career at Enel Group in May 2021, where the focus was on operational planning. Following that role, Sofia worked at ZS from January 2022 to July 2023 as a Decision Analytics Associate. In July 2023, Sofia joined Amazon as a Process Control Specialist, transitioning to a current position as a Business Program Manager in Data Center Operations at Google since September 2025. Sofia's educational background includes a secondary degree from Colegio Santa Brigida, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, and additional coursework in Business Model Implementation and Problem Solving from Technische Universiteit Delft.
