Sohini Stone

Sohini Stone serves as the Chief Medical Officer for Global Employee Health at Google, where the focus is on promoting health and wellbeing for the workforce and their families through equitable, evidence-based programs. Previously, Sohini held multiple leadership roles, including Medical Director of Care Excellence at Grand Rounds, where they led initiatives to enhance clinical quality and service excellence. With a background in pediatrics and neonatology, Sohini has developed expertise in patient safety and process improvement throughout various positions, including a Clinical Health Care Leadership Fellowship at the California Health Care Foundation. Sohini also mentors students as the Lead Mentor for the Fremont High Robotics team and contributes to the Health Care Without Harm initiative as a board member. Educated with an MD-MBA from Boston University, Sohini combines medical expertise with business acumen to drive impactful health solutions.
