Soma Ray

Soma Ray has extensive experience in IT and delivery management, particularly within the financial sector. At Lloyds Banking Group, Soma held multiple key roles, including IT SOA Delivery Manager and Lead Transformation Programme Manager, where responsibilities included the delivery of Public Cloud adoption and ensuring regulatory compliance. Notably, Soma led the submission for the company's first winning entry at the UK IT Industry Awards for Best IT Project Team of the Year in 2015. Soma also served as Head of Cloud Risk and Assurance and Senior Software Integration Manager, managing complex application developments across various teams. After transitioning to Google in December 2020, Soma currently works as a Customer Success Manager. Soma holds a BSc Hons in Chemistry and Computing Science from the University of Leeds.
